In the case of motorcycle accidents, insurance companies try to blame the motorcyclist for the accident due to an unfair bias that they are reckless and irresponsible. Unfortunately, it is also very easy to convince a jury that the motorcyclist was at fault for the same reason.
Having an experienced motorcycle accident attorney on your side will protect you from the unjust assumptions made against motorcycle drivers. At The Pisanchyn Law Firm we know how to handle motorcycle accidents and the insurance battles that come with them. We will work around the clock to ensure that you are not only compensated for your injuries, losses, and traumatic experience, but that you are treated without bias throughout the whole process.
