  • The LIBC-763 Notice of Reinstatment of Workers' Compensation Benefits is used to reinstate your compensation payment after correcting the LIBC-762 issues.

    Your benefits will be reinstated when you return the LIBC-760 and you will receive this form making you aware of that. However, there is a set suspension time and even if the LIBC-760 is returned immediately your benefits will be withheld for the full amount of time.
