These areas of practice include: Auto Accidents, Tractor Trailer Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Birth Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Child Abuse, Wrongful Death, Animal Bites, Slip, Trip, and Fall Accidents, Workers’ Compensation, Heart and Lung Act, Act 632/534, Social Security, and Criminal Law.
We are currently looking for qualified applicants for the following positions:
Paralegal - A personal injury law firm is seeking a full time (M-F 9 to 5) paralegal to work out of its Scranton, PA office. Experience handling personal injury matters preferred. This job will require the person to immediately be capable of summarizing medical records, drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, preparing correspondence, client interaction, speaking with insurance adjusters, requesting records and items from medical providers as well as performing a variety of legal secretarial duties including maintaining attorneys' calendars, logging and scanning in mail, answering phones, and preparing client intakes. Qualifications include: high school diploma and relevant work experience.
