He clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Eakin, Superior Court of Pennsylvania and Edward S. Finkelstein, Esquire, Hearing Examiner for the Department of Corrections. He has argued and briefed thousands of matters before various agencies, tribunals and various appelate courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Attorney Figured aggressively pursues penalty claims against employers and insurance companies that improperly deny benefits to injured workers.
Attorney Figured has also been a practicing personal injury attorney and counselor for many years. His expertise law practice areas include: automobile accident injuries, negligence cases, motorcycle accidents, traumatic brain injury, back and spinal cord injury, construction accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, semi truck big rig accidents, slip and fall and most other serious personal injury cases. Attorney Figured graduated from the University of Scranton, Delta Sigma Rho Tau Kappa Alpha, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Communications. Attorney Figured earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.
