Attorney Albright is an associate at The Pisanchyn Law Firm. She received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University Honors Program majoring in Criminal Justice. She then attended Widener University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate as well as recognition in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a certificate in Law and Government.
She was selected for the Bipartisan Fellowship with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and was subsequently hired. This position started her career and lead to her lending her services to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Senate, and the Governor’s Office of General Counsel. At the Governor’s Office of General Counsel she was assigned to the Worker’s Compensation Board of Appeals.
She has since transitioned from her area in the public sector to private practice. Attorney Albright now represents clients in many areas of law and appears in Court in many counties including, but not limited to, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, Monroe, Wayne, Wyoming, Bradford, Lycoming, Union, Pike, Columbia, Snyder, Montour, Sullivan, Carbon, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Clinton counties and all over Pennsylvania.
Attorney Albright is a personal injury attorney experienced in the areas of social security, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, negligence cases, medical malpractice, birth injuries, brain injuries, slip and fall accidents, worker’s compensation, and most other serious personal injury cases as well as criminal defense. She is also a licensed Real Estate Title Agent. She has conducted hundreds of Real Estate closings and represents builders, contractors, landlords, and tenants. Before entering the legal field Attorney Albright was employed in the nursing field with the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare. She finds the knowledge and experiences gained during this time to be extremely beneficial in the representation of our clients.
